The Capitol Arts Gallery proudly displays the work of Plumas Arts' many and talented local and regional member artists working in a diversity of mediums. Opening receptions and other cultural gatherings are part of the ongoing programs of Plumas Arts. Shows change regularly so make the gallery a regular stop on your visits to Quincy.
